After nearly 20 years in executive leadership in the hotel industry, Michael took his track record of creating efficient, high-performing, and profitable business units to Expense Reduction Analysts in 2022. He is a detailed strategic thinker who leverages his financial knowledge and operational skills to improve the bottom line. Michael’s areas of success have included direct P&L management and oversight, contract negotiations, and project management. While leading on-time large-scale projects, such as new hotel construction and rebranding for several Center City Philadelphia properties, Michael consistently surpassed targeted performance metrics through effective planning, proactive communication, and effective delegation.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Finance degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He has served in senior board-level capacities with organization through the Region, including the Greater Philadelphia Hotel Association and Visit Philly.
Michael and his wife Laura live in Bucks County with their three children. They enjoy spending time with friends and family, time outdoors, and trips to the Jersey Shore and Poconos to recharge. Michael also volunteers as a Sunday School Teacher at Doylestown United Methodist Church.
